PAYMENT + POLICIES

BEFORE YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

Restore offers a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about our approach and your therapy needs. After your initial consult call, we will schedule a time to meet virtually. Prior to your first meeting, we will send you intake paperwork electronically. Please review and complete the intake paperwork before your first appointment.

INSURANCE

Restore is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO,  Blue Cross Blue Shield Choice, and Aetna PPO plans. Please contact your insurance company to verify your mental health coverage before your first appointment.

FEES

Restore accepts payment by check, debit, and most major credit cards. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Intake Session: $200

Individual Session: $175

Couples/Family Therapy: $175

​

Restore believes that therapy should be accessible to all individuals regardless of insurance and ability to pay. Please contact us for more information on our sliding fee scale and other payment options.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

As a way to honor our work together, Restore has a 24 hour cancellation policy. All late cancel and no show visits are subject to a $100 fee. Please contact us directly by phone or email if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

TELETHERAPY

Restore exclusively provides teletherapy services at this time using Doxy.Me. Now more than ever, we need to rely on technology to remain connected and we are happy to offer this service to all new and existing clients.
